This Specialization is intended for professionals and lifelong learners seeking to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to lead and collaborate through change. Through three courses, you'll cover how to rediscover your joy, energy, and sense of purpose, release the tolerations and self-criticism that drain you, harness change as a catalyst for growth and leadership, and understand neurodiversity so you can build inclusive, strength-based teams. By the end, you'll be equipped to show up with more energy and intention in your daily life, lead confidently through uncertainty, and help create workplaces where every kind of mind can thrive.
Applied Learning Project
Learners apply their skills through guided reflective exercises and real-world workplace scenarios — mapping and releasing the tolerations draining their energy, crafting a "burning platform" statement to rally support for a change they want to lead, and diagnosing how to support a neurodivergent colleague using a strength-based approach. Each project turns the specialization's practices into habits and decisions learners can put to work in their own lives and organizations right away.
