The content is organized properly. The tutor has delivery problem, particularly language issue. Clarity is not given about each item and its application. Seems like content not prepared for Coursera but for people who are looking for clearing a particular exam. Most of the time tutor is reading something from a book what he does not understand himself in first place. This is worst training/course I have ever attended. The tutor needs to improve the presentation, language, delivery, improve details of content.
