Build job-relevant ESG expertise across reporting, materiality, responsible AI, workforce transformation, and business strategy.
Learn to connect sustainability priorities with credible disclosures, risk decisions, governance, and measurable business value.
This Specialization develops practical skills for evaluating ESG risks and opportunities, conducting materiality assessments, strengthening ESG data quality, and supporting assurance-ready reporting. You’ll examine BRSR and global frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, and CSRD, while exploring Scope 1–3 emissions, data lineage, stakeholder engagement, and controls that reduce greenwashing risk.
You’ll also analyze human-centered AI, workforce well-being, DEI, labor rights, data ethics, algorithmic bias, privacy, board oversight, and responsible governance. Across the three courses, you’ll learn to translate ESG evidence into strategic recommendations, improve reporting credibility, support responsible technology adoption, and align sustainability performance with resilience, capital allocation, and long-term business value.
