Build AI-powered procurement strategies that improve sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, and risk decisions.
Learn how generative AI, autonomous procurement, forecasting, and agentic AI can support more intelligent and responsible procurement operations.
This Specialization develops practical knowledge across the modern procurement lifecycle. You’ll explore autonomous sourcing, spend intelligence, supplier discovery, AI-assisted RFPs, negotiation support, contract analytics, responsible AI controls, forecasting for rare and high-impact risks, and agentic AI for supplier relationship management.
You’ll learn to evaluate procurement data readiness, assess supplier performance and risk, strengthen contract governance, apply AI to sourcing and negotiation workflows, and design human-in-the-loop controls for privacy, security, fairness, explainability, and compliance. You’ll also examine ESG monitoring, supplier digital twins, RAG, continuous risk sensing, and enterprise integration.
By the end, you’ll be able to identify high-value AI use cases, evaluate responsible AI controls, and develop phased roadmaps for scalable AI-enabled procurement transformation.
Applied Learning Project
Through practical, scenario-based projects, learners will analyze procurement spend, evaluate AI-powered sourcing strategies, assess supplier risks, and design responsible AI controls for contract management. They will also develop AI-driven supplier relationship management strategies and create a phased procurement transformation roadmap to improve sourcing efficiency, compliance, supplier resilience, and decision-making.
