This Short Course was created to help GenAI professionals accomplish a structured, auditable approach to AI decision-making in their daily work. By completing this course, you'll be able to classify your own AI interactions by risk and value, score AI-generated outputs against accuracy and bias standards, and ship a personal decision audit document you can apply immediately.

By the end of this course, you will be able to: - Analyze recent work artifacts to categorize AI use cases as beneficial, risky, over-reliant, or missed-opportunity. - Evaluate AI-generated outputs against accuracy, privacy, and bias criteria to decide whether to accept, refine, or override or escalate when broader governance, policy, or workflow concerns are identified. - Apply the personal decision framework to a new task, documenting chosen AI actions and verification steps. This course is unique because it grounds every concept in your own work history — not hypothetical scenarios. To be successful in this course, you should have a background in working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar LLMs at a CB2 mid-level professional capacity.
